Family Medicine NP/PA — Lead Primary Care & Education

OnPoint Internal Medicine at Broomfield is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the team as part of the OnPoint Medical Group. The Advanced Practice Practitioner will deliver comprehensive primary care, perform thorough assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Qualifications include an active NP/PA license, DEA registration, and BLS certification.
