VP, Legal - M&A for Data Center Growth

CoreSite, a leading colocation data center company, is seeking a Vice President, Legal - Mergers & Acquisitions to drive strategic growth through acquisitions, JVs, and corporate transactions. You will oversee legal aspects of data center transactions and advise management on structure, diligence, and risk across multiple deals. The role requires a JD, bar admission, and 5+ years in M&A, with preference for major law firm experience and familiarity with data center/tech sectors.
