The ideal candidate will have extensive mechanical contracting experience, strong project leadership skills, and a proven track record managing complex installations.
Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Oversee mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
Manage project financials, contracts, change orders, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and field teams.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
Travel to project sites as needed.
Qualifications:
8+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
Proven experience managing large commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
