In-House CRE Closing Attorney – San Diego

Starts-Align-LL is seeking a Closing Attorney in San Diego (UTC/La Jolla) to join its growing in-house legal team. The role handles 15–20 active CRE transactions, advising acquisitions on deal structure, LOIs, and closing the legal process through due diligence and negotiation. The strongest candidates will have 3–5 years of hands-on CRE transactional experience, with easement drafting and Purchase and Sale Agreement work prioritized. Telecommunications experience is a plus.
