Global Immigration & Visa Specialist

JD.com Inc. seeks a Law Firm Liaison & Visa Management professional to act as the primary contact between the company and US immigration law firms. You will track H-1B cap registrations, manage transfers and extensions, and ensure timely, accurate petition materials. You will also lead end-to-end L-1A/L-1B processing, align Blanket petitions, and supervise I-9 compliance with E-Verify while advising employees and HR leaders on policy nuances across the visa lifecycle.
