Compensation & Schedule
Pay Rate: $65/hr (Local) | $52/hr (Non-Local with Per Diem)
Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week)
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 10 Hour Shifts | 50-60 Hours Per Week

- Join a contractor supporting a large-scale data center construction project in El Paso, TX. Project scope includes electrical installation, power distribution systems, raceway installation, cable pulling, equipment installation, and mission-critical infrastructure construction.
- The Construction Safety Manager will provide daily field safety oversight for electrical construction crews, subcontractors, and supervision while ensuring compliance with OSHA requirements and project-specific safety standards.
- Required Qualifications4-Year Degree in Safety and 3+ Years of Safety Experience; ORBCSP Certification (CHST Minimum) and 3+ Years of Safety Experience; OROSHA 510 Certification and 5+ Years of Construction Safety
- ExperiencePreferred Qualifications
- Electrical Construction Experience
- Data Center or Mission-Critical Construction ExperienceNFPA 70E Training or Experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)ASP, CSP, CHST, or Other BCSP Credential
- Contractor Safety Management Experience
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide daily field safety oversight for electrical construction operations
- Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
- Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
- Monitor cable pulling, electrical equipment installation, material handling, and elevated work activities
- Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
- Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
- Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
- Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors
- Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
- Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
