Real Estate Agent Meet and Greet

Responsibilities: Conduct presentations via Zoom to owners. Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners. Articulate the benefit of traveling with Travel + Leisure. Generate sales through initiating transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques. Attend ongoing advanced sales and career training. Utilize pre-qualified leads provided by the company; no cold calling required.

Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of previous commission-based sales experience. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Passion to support the company mission to put the world on vacation. Internal drive to not only achieve but exceed sales goals. Ability to overcome objections. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to work in a goal-and-performance-based environment. Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Florida Real Estate License.
