Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. This is a client experience and revenue-support role where your communication skills, professionalism, and ability to identify opportunities directly impact company growth. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a professional, luxury environment Educate clients on PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, and detailing services Recommend premium packages, add-ons, and bundled solutions Provide accurate estimates and process invoices Perform vehicle walk-arounds and documentation Maintain detailed CRM records and follow up with cold leads and past clients Coordinate scheduling with the service team for drop-offs and deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office Assist with vehicle photos and social media content (a plus)
