Summer 2026 Finance and HR Intern

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in progress (accounting, finance, business, human resources, or nonprofit management preferred) Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with program participants, parents/guardians, and professionals Strong emotional intelligence and ability to display good judgement and professional behavior Regular, punctual attendance and attention to all responsibilities Confidentiality in dealing with participant and organizational information Ability to follow directions, guidelines, and policies/procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology (Google Docs, Canva, and Adobe) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT This position requires the ability to operate phones, computers, and other office equipment, and the physical ability to perform light lifting. Work is typically performed in an office, in the community, or classroom setting, and may involve standing, stooping, bending, and walking. However, the agency will make accommodations when necessary. This person may be required to travel to various locations throughout Tarrant County. Generally, the working conditions have little or no exposure to extremes in safety hazards or hazardous materials.
