Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Absolute Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air has an exciting opportunities for Customer Service Representatives. This position pays $21-24 per hour + performance based bonus spiffs depending on experience with performance opportunity. (Full time or Seasonal Opportunity available) We are looking for the following schedules: Monday, Tuesday, Friday- 9:30am - 6:00pm Saturday & Sunday (remote) 8:00am - 4:00pmWhy join THIS team? What you will do:
  • Take inbound calls from new and existing customers AND make them a lifelong customer of Absolute
  • Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits
  • Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers
  • Data entry of sensitive information
  • General inbound customer service
  • Accurately document all interactions and apply call dispositions
What you bring:
  • Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking
  • Service Titan experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
  • Conscientious, team player
  • Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
