Value Based Medicine - Primary Care Job in Denver, COOur client, a Value Based preventative medicine clinic, is looking for a Primary Care Physician to join their growing team. You will provide local Medicare patient populations with comprehensive preventive care, including personalized wellness plans, integrated health services, and educational and social activities to support overall health and well-being. Practice details include: Experience with Geriatric primary care, ideally Medicare A strong interest in practicing Value-Based Healthcare, ideally you will have some experience Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Ability to work closely with APP's.
