Immigration Pro Bono Counsel & Mentorship Lead

Fredrikson & Byron seeks a Pro Bono Immigration Counsel to lead and support the firm's humanitarian immigration program in Minneapolis. You will train and mentor volunteer attorneys and paralegals, evaluate cases, and develop resources to expand access to justice for immigrant clients. As the subject-matter expert, you will stay current on policy developments, coordinate with community partners, and measure program impact while guiding fellow lawyers through intake, strategy, and case management.
