Job Title: Prototype Operator

Location: Duluth, MN

Pay Range: $25.00

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30 What's the Job? Utilize minimal documentation such as sketches, CAD drawings, diagrams, and verbal descriptions to assemble prototype units. Perform testing and data collection on prototypes and pre-production units to ensure quality and functionality. Assist in designing tooling and documentation to support manufacturing processes. Provide technical assistance to manufacturing teams and serve as a liaison during the transition from new product introduction to production. Assemble and test products for production jobs, ensuring adherence to quality standards. What's Needed?4-6 years of related experience in manufacturing or assembly environments. Skilled in assembly of magnetic components, including hand soldering, winding, wire stripping, and lead termination. Ability to interpret sketches, CAD drawings, and verbal instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to perform assembly tasks in a generally good working environment, with safety equipment as needed. What's in it for me?
