Travel Emergency Room RN - $2,510 per week

Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse licensure in New York; current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications, with TNCC certification required at submission; at least 2 years of emergency department experience with pediatric experience; prior travel nursing experience; and required Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience using Epic.

Preferred Qualifications: Charge nurse capability.

Float: Float rotation may be required.

Additional Information: Provides care for newborn, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Common conditions include stroke, sepsis, trauma, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure. Specialty equipment includes a rapid infuser and Arctic Sun. Emergency nurses are expected to care for all assigned patients, including Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) cases. Navy blue scrubs are required.
