Hybrid-Remote Director of Governance & Compliance

Amatriot Group, LLC is seeking a Director of Governance and Compliance to lead the development and oversight of a comprehensive compliance, privacy, governance, and risk management program aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will partner with IT, legal, and operations to embed controls across the organization, manage audits, third‑party risk, and ongoing risk monitoring, and report to executive leadership on compliance posture and emerging regulatory risks.
