Fully Remote Attorney In North Carolina A highly respected and growing law firm is seeking experienced attorneys to join its team due to an overwhelming increase in client demand. Corporate / M&A Attorney (Mid-Level to Upper Mid-Level)
MUST HAVE: 6+ years of corporate and transactional experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong communications skills.
Location: Fully Remote (North Carolina Only)
Requirements:
  • Active North Carolina Bar License Experience handling mergers & acquisitions, business transactions, and corporate matters Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills Ability to manage sophisticated transactions independently
