Commercial Energy Lead

Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end execution of large-scale power delivery initiatives, from early-stage feasibility through final commercial energization. Assess site readiness for high-load infrastructure by evaluating grid capacity, utility timelines, and interconnection constraints. Negotiate commercial terms and technical requirements with utilities, suppliers, and external engineering partners. Align electrical infrastructure planning with construction and design schedules to ensure synchronized project delivery.

Requirements: 8+ years of experience in energy infrastructure, utilities, or large-scale power project delivery Familiarity with grid interconnection processes or utility coordination Experience working across technical and commercial stakeholders in complex infrastructure environments. Demonstrated ability to support or lead commercial discussions tied to energy supply or infrastructure access. Experience securing power for large-scale data center sites.
