Technology Transactions Associate

Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate collaboration, licensing, partnering, and commercial agreements for companies at all stages, including emerging company/venture capital clients Advise technology companies on product strategy, development, and market positioning Assist with IP and technology aspects of M&A transactions and venture capital financings Conduct research and provide analysis across technologies such as AI, fintech, autonomous vehicles, edtech, renewable energy, AR/VR, cybersecurity, biotechnology, and digital health Qualifications 2+ years of legal experience in IP and technology transactions Strong interest in technology transactions for M&A and emerging company/venture capital clients Excellent research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills JD required and admission to the state bar of the office location Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $235,000 – $365,000, depending on experience and qualifications Discretionary merit bonus eligibility Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Mental well-being programs Child, family, elder, and pet care benefits Short- and long-term disability insurance Industry-leading parental leave Health savings account and flexible spending accounts 401(k) retirement plan Flexible time off and paid holidays
