We're a well-established, growth-focused electrical/infrastructure contractor looking for an Electrical Project Manager who thrives on running the full project lifecycle: estimating, value engineering, contract negotiation, job costing, and hands-on field leadership. This isn't a desk-only role, you'll be out on-site every week, working directly with crews, superintendents, and clients to keep projects moving and profitable. What you'll own: Reading and interpreting specs, blueprints, and contract documents Building accurate cost estimates and driving smart value-engineering solutions Negotiating vendor pricing and managing change orders Owning job costing and financials (Foundation Accounting Software)Applying current NEC code knowledge to solve real field problems Serving as the go-to connector between office, field, and client
