Executive Chef

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is a hands-on culinary leader who is passionate about great food, developing people, and operational excellence. You will work closely with the GM and Regional Chef to lead the culinary team, maintain exceptional standards, and create a kitchen culture built around accountability, teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Help lead all aspects of daily kitchen operations Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, consistency, presentation, and execution Coach, train, and develop culinary team members Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development Maintain strong food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Assist with food cost, inventory, purchasing, and labor management Lead by example during high-volume service Build a positive, professional, people-first kitchen culture Partner with the Regional Chef to continuously improve culinary execution Ideal Background Leadership experience in fine dining, upscale steakhouse, or high-end polished casual restaurants Strong knowledge of steaks, proteins, seafood, sauces, and scratch cooking Experience leading high-volume, high-standard kitchen operations Strong organizational and communication skills Passion for coaching and developing culinary talent High standards with exceptional attention to detail Why Join Us?
