Production Assembler

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19-$20 per hour Benefits for Production Assembler: Cross-training opportunities Variety of workstations and tasks Team-oriented work environment Long-term growth opportunities Benefits offered once hired on by the company Tasks for Production Assembler: Assemble industrial LED lighting fixtures and components Build and install wire harnesses and electrical connections Perform quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet specifications Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards Accurately assemble products with minimal errors or rework Assist at multiple assembly stations as needed Package and label finished products Qualifications for Production Assembler: No experience required - willing to train Light assembly experience preferred Manufacturing or production experience helpful Experience with wire harnesses, electrical components, or electronics assembly is a plus Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic mechanical aptitude Manual dexterity and attention to detail Reliable and dependable work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn High School Diploma or GED preferred Work Schedule for Production Assembler: Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMFriday: Overtime as needed Saturday: Overtime as needed 10-hour shifts

Physical Requirements: Frequent use of hands and fingers for small-part assembly Standing for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift and move components and finished products up to 25-50 lbs.
