Strategic Employee Relations Partner

Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC) is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to advise employees and managers on sensitive HR matters in a fast-paced environment. You will investigate complaints, interpret policies, and stay current on employment laws while partnering with leadership to resolve issues and improve workforce relations.
