Medical & Biological Sciences Consultant

Key responsibilities: Provide subject-matter consultation and expert advice on academic content for the Medical & Biological Sciences Stream Review and ensure academic quality of lectures, seminars, and learning materials from a subject-specialist perspective Assess student essays, providing detailed, constructive feedback and identifying candidates for Excellence Awards

Required qualifications: A degree in a relevant discipline at Master's level or above, or confirmed acceptance into a relevant Master's program Deep subject knowledge in at least one area covered by the stream, with a broad understanding of adjacent areas Experience in teaching, lecturing, or assessing students at university or sixth-form level is desirable Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback on written work against set criteria Active research, publications, or industry experience relevant to the stream is a plus
