Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards. Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection. Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient.
