Senior Counsel - Business Attorney

Duties: Advise business owners on succession planning and ownership transitions. Manage entity formation, restructuring, and governance matters. Lead and support mergers and acquisitions. Serve as a trusted business advisor to clients. Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate across practice areas. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; active bar admission. Minimum of 6 years of private practice experience. Experience with closely held businesses, including succession planning, governance, and M&A. Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Must be currently licensed in Nebraska or eligible to become licensed; other state licenses considered. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications: Active bar admission. Skills Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Experience in succession planning and governance. Ability to mentor and collaborate across practice areas.
