Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate their physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, tailored to the individual needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient. Provide hands-on therapy, utilizing a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to optimize recovery. Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and necessary lifestyle modifications to support long-term health improvements. Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses—to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to regulatory standards set forth by healthcare governing bodies. Stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy to continuously enhance patient care methodologies. Patient Population / Client FocusThe ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida. A minimum of three years of professional experience in physical therapy, preferably in a clinical or rehabilitation setting. Strong clinical skills, with the ability to evaluate and implement a variety of therapeutic techniques effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. A passionate commitment to providing high-quality and patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience: Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to streamline documentation and patient management. Familiarity with evidence-based practice standards in physical therapy to enhance patient outcomes. Specializations in certain therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, pain management, or sports rehabilitation, are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
