Collaborating with product teams, the full-time Senior Engineer - Agentic Development will translate early-stage ideation into structured Proof of Concepts, produce detailed specifications for coding agents, and ensure quality standards for agent-generated output while working remotely from Bulgaria.
Key responsibilities:
Translate product ideation into structured Proof of Concepts and establish technical feasibility
Produce detailed specifications and acceptance criteria for coding agents, ensuring maintainable output
Apply rigorous quality standards to agent-generated output and identify root causes of recurring errors
Required qualifications:
Demonstrable experience in software engineering within large, complex codebases
Practical experience with AI coding agents and understanding their capabilities and limitations
Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly and produce unambiguous specifications
Familiarity with technologies such as Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud platforms
Experience with spec-driven development or regulated software delivery processes is advantageous
