Immigration Intake Attorney - Remote/Hybrid, Bilingual

Moaddel Law Firm seeks an experienced Intake Attorney to be the first contact for prospective clients in Immigration. You will assess case viability, guide clients through complex matters, and oversee intake strategy without handling a caseload. Role requires JD, active bar license, 3–5 years in immigration law, including litigation, and proficiency in English and Spanish. Hybrid/Remote setup with a strong focus on client service and revenue growth.
