Our Artisan Bread bakers use knowledge, senses, and instincts to craft each exquisite product. Whether you are a seasoned professional or someone looking to sharpen your culinary skills, this exciting department will provide lots of opportunity to flourish. The Artisan Bread Baker is responsible for baking of artisan pan breads, rolls, bagels, hearth breads, as well as sorting finished product for delivery to all three DLM stores. This is a highly skilled position, and we are willing to train the right person. Shifts begin at 4:00 p.m. and run for 10 hours with three nights off. Punctuality and reliability are a must for this position.
