Lead Tax Preparer

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Office Leader in Austin to drive a high-quality, consultative client experience while coaching Tax Advisors and CSPs. This in-person role begins part-time in fall and expands through the busy tax season, coordinating with the OEM and DGM to meet growth targets and service standards. The role requires strong people management, coaching abilities, and a data-driven mindset to optimize daily office operations, scheduling, and client flow.
