Patent Prosecution Attorney Associate

The ideal candidate will have: 3+ years of experience in managing and supervising patent prosecution, due diligence, and FTO work Experience not only working on prosecution, but supervising and training technical specialists and junior attorneys, and preferably working with large clients with global portfoliosREQUIRED: background (degree) in chemistry/organic chemistry, advanced degree preferred, and must be licensed to practice before the USPTOIn addition to offering amazing clients, great substantive opportunity for associates (level to level far superior to most big law firms), excellent training and mentorship, and a true collaborative environment, you'd be working a lot with the leader of the group and directly with the clients with the long-term expectation of inheriting the clients in a succession plan.
