8+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions. Extensive commercial leasing experience, with a strong preference for landlord-side representation. Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and related transactional matters. Outstanding drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex matters and client relationships. Strong commercial judgment and a client-focused approach to legal practice.
