Rad Tech

WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a Rad Tech to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging for partnered hospitals and clinics. In this on-site role, you’ll perform X-rays, position patients safely, follow radiation safety and infection control standards, and document exams in PACS/EMR systems. You’ll collaborate with care teams, support efficient workflow across multiple client sites, and uphold HIPAA and quality standards. Perform high-quality diagnostic radiologic exams according to physician orders and protocols. Position patients safely and accurately while explaining procedures and ensuring comfort. Operate and maintain X-ray and related imaging equipment, reporting issues as needed. Follow radiation safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards at all times. Verify patient identity, obtain histories, and document exams in PACS/RIS or EMR systems. Collaborate with nurses, providers, and other staff to support timely patient care. Review images for quality and completeness before submission for interpretation. Assist with scheduling, room setup, and workflow to support multiple healthcare clients. Participate in ongoing training and competency assessments required by WSi and facilities. Travel to assigned client sites as needed for temporary or ongoing staffing assignments.
