Highlights$425,000 + bonus based on RVU production
$75,000 sign‑on bonus
$60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary)
33 days of time off
5 days + $6,000 CME annually
No after‑hours call
