Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily

Assistant Project Manager Reporting to senior project leadership, the Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects throughout Texas. Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams Support contract administration, change order management, and procurement processes Track project costs and assist with maintaining budget performance Review project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specifications Help monitor project schedules and identify potential risks to delivery milestones Participate in site visits and stakeholder meetings to ensure successful project execution The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. They should have 2+ years of construction experience, ideally within multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial building projects. Experience supporting budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation is required. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Viewpoint, or similar platforms would be preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with subcontractors, clients, and project teams are essential. Ability to travel throughout Texas as required.
