Chemistry Patent Agent Prosecution & IP Counseling

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced USPTO-registered Patent Agent with a focus on Chemistry for our Seattle, WA office, with Houston as an alternate base. The role requires at least 3 years of patent prosecution experience, preferably in a law firm setting, and active USPTO registration. You will conduct patent prosecution, draft opinions, and participate in IP office litigation while counseling clients on their IP strategies.
