Sexual Abuse Litigation Attorney

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Details: Manage a docket of sexual abuse and institutional liability cases. Conduct client meetings and maintain compassionate communication with survivors. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and case evaluations. Conduct and defend depositions. Prepare matters for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial. Coordinate with experts, investigators, and medical professionals. Develop litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys.
