Job Description: We are seeking an intelligent, enthusiastic, polished, articulate and hard-working candidate with 4-6 years of PR agency experience, excellent communication and marketing skills, and keen attention to detail. Candidates should have established media contacts and a track record of securing high-profile and quality media results. Applicants must be independent workers, have the ability to multitask, be self-starters who can work within an intimate team environment. They must posses excellent writing, media relations, marketing and leadership skills. Luxury lifestyle media relationships are a major plus. Great opportunity for growth.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as key client contact
  • Build and manage strategic PR and marketing programs for clients
  • Direct client strategy and manage client activity
  • Develop/maintain strong relationships with key media and other key influencers
  • Write compelling content for PR materials, including creative pitch plans and identify unique story angles
  • Secure consistent and quality media placements
  • Develop and participate in new business proposal writing and pitches, help secure new business
  • Work successfully in a fast paced, high-energy environment
  • Manage and mentor team members and other PR/Marketing resources and partners Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
  • 4-6 years in public relations agency
  • Proven track record of success at Agency or Company
  • Experience managing other team members such as AE’s, AAE’s, AC’s, interns or freelancers
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong network of established media contacts
  • Superb client management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, proactive, and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, results-oriented environment
  • Team oriented and ability to take the lead on relevant projects
  • Resourceful and well-connected
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint, Cision, etc.
