LOCATION: Surprise, AZ 85374 (17173 N Litchfield Rd, Suite 30)
TYPE: Full-time or part-time Independent contractorPAY: 50% of every service you do, plus 100% of your tips Earn $45 for every one-hour Swedish massage and $52.50 for every one-hour deep tissue massage, and you keep 100% of your tips. That's 50% of every service you do, on a schedule you set. Lavender's Day Spa & Wellness Club is a family-owned spa in Surprise, near Litchfield Rd and Bell Rd, and we're looking for two or three experienced massage therapists to join our team. We've been caring for guests in Surprise for 22 years, and many of them have been coming to us for most of that time. You aren't starting from zero: you walk in to guests who already trust the place and are ready to book with you. You set your own schedule. Work the days and hours that fit your life, and build your book your way. We're especially looking for someone who can take Saturdays and Sundays.
What you'll do:
  • Give deep tissue and therapeutic massage, which is what our guests ask for most
  • Offer the other kinds of massage you do well, since we're open to every style
  • Listen to each guest before you begin, and grow a regular book of clients
What we're looking for:
  • A current Arizona massage therapy license
  • Experience, and strong deep tissue and therapeutic skills
  • Someone warm with guests and dependable once they've set their schedule
  • Saturday and Sunday availability is a big plus
  • What you get 50% of every service plus 100% of your tips
  • Free use of all of our wellness services: hyperbaric oxygen, HOCATT, red light, FLOWpresso, PEMF, vibro-acoustic sound and the Headspace room
  • Clients who have trusted Lavender's for 22 years
  • Your own schedule, in a calm, family-run place
