Job Description and Responsibilities The Legal Division is recruiting for a permanent full-time Legal Support Supervisor I in Oakland. The role involves supervising legal secretarial staff, managing workload, participating in meetings, and assisting in office management. You may perform legal secretarial work in addition to supervision.

Minimum Qualifications: Either: One year of experience as a Senior Stenographer, Legal, Range B or Senior Typist, Legal, Range B in California state service.
