Automotive Service Advisor - Group 1 Chevrolet Spring

Responsibilities: Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments to ensure an efficient and seamless customer experience Greet customers, perform vehicle walkarounds, and accurately document concerns and service needs Create detailed repair orders with clear, transparent cost and time estimates Recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines Communicate effectively with technicians and parts departments to prioritize work and ensure timely completion Provide consistent updates to customers on repair status, timelines, and any changes to scope or cost Deliver vehicles upon completion, reviewing work performed and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain strong product and warranty knowledge to confidently guide customers through service recommendations Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business
