Otolaryngology Opportunity Partnership Track J-1 Eligible $400K Base + Bonuses An established, physician-owned ENT practice serving Northwest Georgia is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join its growing team. The practice currently includes three experienced ENT physicians with room to expand and offers immediate patient volume, strong earning potential, and a clear path to partnership.
Position Highlights:
  • $400,000 base salary$25,000 sign-on bonus

  • MondayThursday: 8:00 AM5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM1:00 PMBroad mix of adult and pediatric ENT cases, including tympanoplasty, tympanomastoidectomy, thyroid/parathyroid surgery, head & neck oncology, and limited facial plastics
  • Team includes three ENT physicians, two nurse practitioners, full-service Audiology, Allergy, and a physician-owned ENT surgery center
