Role Description:
Savile Nexus is seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team at our office in Brickell, Miami. This is a part-time, fully on-site position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, brand management, and content creation. This role will focus on supporting and executing marketing initiatives across our different business divisions while collaborating with our international teams in the United States, Peru, Argentina, and Panama.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support business growth and brand awareness. * Plan, coordinate, and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns. * Manage and support social media initiatives, including content planning, scheduling, and audience engagement. * Create marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and digital assets using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. * Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify potential marketing opportunities. * Collaborate with international teams to ensure marketing activities align with corporate objectives. * Support branding initiatives and maintain consistent brand messaging across different business divisions. * Assist in developing marketing plans for new products, services, and business initiatives. * Monitor marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and recommend improvements. * Coordinate multiple marketing projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and brand management. * Experience using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop (Required). * Fluency in Spanish (Required) to communicate effectively with our teams in Peru, Argentina, and Panama. * Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. * Experience with social media management, content creation, and marketing campaigns. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams. * Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. * Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required. * Must be available to work on-site at our office in Brickell, Miami.
