Project Executive

Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Executive to lead the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, managing project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing complex commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, or mixed-use construction projects valued at $50M+.

Key Responsibilities: Provide executive oversight for multiple large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams. Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders. Ensure project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and quality objectives. Collaborate with preconstruction and business development teams during pursuit and proposal phases. Monitor contract compliance, procurement strategies, and subcontractor performance. Promote and enforce a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Participate in executive planning, resource allocation, and strategic growth initiatives. Serve as the primary escalation point for major project issues and client concerns.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.10+ years of progressive construction management experience, including leadership of large, complex projects. Demonstrated experience overseeing projects valued at $50 million or greater. Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships that drive repeat business. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing multiple project teams simultaneously. Proficiency with industry-standard construction management software and project controls systems.
