Job Description: As an Environmental, Health, and Safety Associate at Walmart, you'll be the backbone of our commitment to safety and compliance across our operations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct safety inspections and assessments to identify risks and compliance gaps Develop and implement safety programs and training initiatives for associates Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety and security regulations Collaborate with store leadership to investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures

Shift: Monday - Friday from 6 am - 2 pm or Monday - Friday from 2pm - 10 amFacility Location:5424 Albert S White Dr. Whitestown, IN 46075-9556

Qualifications: What we need to see from you: High school diploma or have 6 months of experience as a Walmart associate You bring one year of work experience or coursework in safety, compliance, security or related fields such as military, public safety or criminal justice You're detail-oriented, proactive and committed to fostering a culture of safety and accountability
