Key responsibilities:
Coordinate file fulfillment requests and manage relationships with Electronic File Request vendors
Conduct quality control for digital asset management archiving and support vendor review processes
Oversee the copyright registration process, including tracking and managing deposit copies
Required qualifications:
Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems and archiving workflows
Familiarity with copyright registration processes or intellectual property administration
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple requests and processes simultaneously
Ability to handle sensitive materials with discretion
Effective written communication skills for documentation and vendor coordination
