Responsible for the design, configuration, support, and lifecycle management of legal applications, the full-time Legal Applications Engineer will work remotely to enhance attorney productivity and document workflows while ensuring reliable and secure application delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Engineer, configure, and maintain legal applications that support attorney productivity and document workflows
Manage the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and monitoring
Troubleshoot complex application issues and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective application integration and support
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred
Experience supporting and configuring legal applications in a law firm or professional services environment
Strong understanding of legal document workflows and Microsoft Word add-ins
Experience with iManage Work or a comparable document management system
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and application packaging using modern management tools such as Microsoft Intune
