Pay Details Average weekly pay: $1,500$10,000 bonus New drivers start at $0.48 CPM, with $0.01 CPM annual increases up to $0.55 CPMAll hub miles paid, loaded or empty$65 customer live-load pay$40 customer drop-and-hook pay$25 per hazmat load$30 per refrigerated load$15 per empty move$23–$55 crosstown pay, depending on ramp distance$20/hour rail-delay pay after 1 hour Additional waiting-time pay may apply according to account policy$250 per day for at least 5 full days of ramp-specific training after orientation Job Details Local intermodal routes to Chicago rail yards Approximately 1,500 miles per week 100% no-touch freight Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire Hazmat endorsement obtained after hire will be reimbursed with proper documentation Potential opportunity to transfer to another shift after 6 months Shift Details Monday–Friday Start time: 1:00 PMDrivers are home daily Thanksgiving and Christmas time off is not guaranteed Holiday pay available after 90 days on the account
