VP of Finance & Operations — Multi-Facility SNF Leadership

Resolve Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Business Office Operations to oversee financial operations across six SNF facilities in Arizona. This hands-on role leads six BOMs, drives cash collections, and ensures accurate admissions, billing, A/R, and resident financial matters with on-site facility visits. You will partner with CFO and Admissions, deliver monthly CFO reporting, analyze KPI, and coach teams.
