The Configuration Management organization provides a unique system-level vantage point of not just engine architecture, but also of how the major business units across Pratt & Whitney feed data to deliver products.Key Responsibilities:Learn Configuration Management (CM) policies and procedures and participate at internal CM meetings by sharing working knowledge.Assist in writing and processing engineering changes, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.Support the review and verification of minor engineering changes for compliance with standard procedures.Collaborate with Design Integration teams, IPTs (Integrated Product Teams), and CIPTs (Component Integrated Product Teams) to support Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities.Participate in team initiatives to improve configuration management processes using the CORE operating system framework.Gain hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Teamcenter, SAP, or other product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.Assist in maintaining configuration management records and documentation to ensure traceability throughout the product lifecycle.Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on configuration management practices.English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.Qualifications You Must Have:Enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial or Civil Engineering.Must be a U.S. Citizen.
